Étiquette
For flower bars, bouquet bars & flower trucks

One more bar a month, from the tags you already tie on.

Quotes and books your bar in three minutes with travel priced in, turns the guest count into a stem order you can actually place, and prints the tag that books the next one. We set it up. You tie it on.

$390 Tag Set, then $79 a month founding — list $119. Three bars in 60 days, or it is free until you book them.

The booking, printed on the tag

What the thread costs you.

Three things decide whether a flower bar season pays, and none of them happen at the bar. They happen in a message thread on a Tuesday night, and at a wholesaler at five in the morning.

The quote that waited

An enquiry that waits until you are free is one somebody else has already answered. You never see the bars you lose this way — only the ones you win.

$7,800 a yearOne lost bar a month at $650. More than eight years of Étiquette.

Saturday short

Run out halfway down the bar and you are buying in a hurry, at retail, on a Saturday. The trade prices a bouquet at about three times its stem cost — this is that arithmetic, backwards.

3× the pricePlus the drive, and the twenty minutes the bar stands empty.

February roses

Order the Valentine's mix by feel and roses land at two to three times their usual wholesale price. On a three-hundred-stem bar, guessing costs more than the flowers do.

2–3× on rosesA whole margin, gone before the first guest picks up a stem.

How it works

One tag. Three jobs.

Étiquette is one object doing three things: the ticket your client signs, the label on your buckets, and the thing every guest carries home. The same code runs through all three, so the bar you are working pays for the next one.

Step one — the ticket

Three minutes, not three days.

Your client opens your link, picks a guest count and a palette, and sees a price with travel already in it. She signs, pays the deposit and the date is yours. No thread, no "let me check my calendar", no quote you write at eleven at night.

  • Travel and staff fees computed from the address, not guessed at
  • Deposit and balance on your terms, held against the date
  • Custom and holiday work: a package with the guest count left open

Signed & held

Deposit cleared at 11:42 pm on a Tuesday, while you were asleep. The date is off the board.

Step two — the bucket labels

Stems you can actually order.

Guest count × bouquet size × fullness gives you stems. Étiquette then rounds that up to what your wholesaler actually sells — bunches and boxes, not a wish — prices it from your own price book, and applies the season. The order prints as labels for your buckets, so the bar is set up the way it was priced.

  • Bunch, box or per stem: you enter how yours sells, the plan rounds up to it
  • No bucket under ten stems, so the bar still looks full at the last guest
  • The plan flags any bar priced under three times its stem cost, before you order

In February the same plan swaps the focal before you order, not after.

Step three — the guest tag

Every bouquet leaves with the next booking on it.

Each guest ties a printed cotton tag onto her bouquet. Its code opens your booking page with the same package already chosen, and credits the bar it came from. Thirty people carry your bar home through a restaurant, and the tag is still on the vase on Monday.

  • Every booking tells you which bar it came from, by code
  • 250 die-cut cotton tags come printed in your Tag Set
  • Reorder at $89 for 250 — the only part of this you can run out of

You built this one.

Book the same bar for yours — the palette and the package are already chosen.

What lands on your table

The Tag Set, and everything it runs.

Setting it up is our job, not yours. You send your packages, your per-guest prices, your palettes and the wholesale prices you actually pay. We load them, print your tags and hand you a link.

Our promise

Two of them, in writing.

Three bars in 60 days.

If Étiquette has not booked you three bars within 60 days of going live, it is free until it does. No argument, no form to fill in — we watch the same number you do.

Conditions, plainly: your Étiquette link replaces the "message me for pricing" in your profile and on your contact form, and your packages are loaded in week one. That is all we need from you.

The stem guarantee.

If our bunch math leaves you short of stems at a bar, we pay for the emergency stems, up to $150 per event. The plan is ours; the shortfall is ours too.

Conditions, plainly: you ordered exactly what the plan said, at the prices in your own price book, and you tell us within seven days of the bar.

Why the date matters

Forty tag sets, then the press goes quiet.

Tags are die-cut, printed and set up in batches, by hand, and each Tag Set is loaded with one operator's real prices. We are taking forty founding operators before the spring 2027 shower season — enough that we can do every setup properly, and no more.

Founding operators pay $79 a month for as long as they stay, against a list price of $119. A founding spot is $75, it comes off your Tag Set, and it is refundable until we deliver. If we do not deliver, you get it back.

Before you ask

The honest answers.

Is this live today?

No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Étiquette is being built now; the first forty accounts go live on Monday 7 December 2026. A founding spot is $75, refundable until we deliver — and if we never deliver, you get it back. Nothing else is charged before your account opens.

How much work is the setup, for me?

About forty minutes. Send us your packages, your per-guest prices, your palettes and the wholesale prices you actually pay. We load all of it, print your tags and hand you one link. You do not configure anything, ever — that is what the Tag Set fee buys.

Do I have to change my website?

No. Étiquette is a link. Put it where "message me for pricing" is now — your profile, your contact form, the caption under a bar photo. If you have no website at all, we can host a small one for you as an add-on.

My wholesaler sells by the box, not the bunch.

Then that is what the plan orders. Bunch, box or per stem, with your own counts per bunch: you enter how yours sells once, and every plan rounds up to something you can actually buy. If your price changes in February, the season sheet already expects it.

Can clients still message me?

Of course, and they will. The link is for the ones who decide at eleven at night and will not wait for you to be free — and for the guest holding a tag at someone else's shower, who wants the same bar and does not know you yet.

What about custom work and holidays?

A custom bar is a package with the guest count left open, priced per guest with a floor. A holiday run is a package with a pickup window instead of an address. Both use the same stem math and the same tags.

Who owns my client list?

You do. Export it whenever you like, in one click, and take it with you if you leave. We never contact your clients, and we never sell or share a name.

What if it simply does not work for me?

Then the first guarantee pays: no three bars in 60 days and Étiquette is free until you book them. Cancel any month after that. The tags you have already tied on keep working for the bars already booked.
